By using DataSocial (datasocial.ai and api.datasocial.ai) you agree to these terms.

  1. The service. DataSocial gives you SQL access to a warehouse of public TikTok data, and an API. It is provided “as is”: data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and the service can change or go down.
  2. Accounts. One person per account. Keep your sign-in and API keys private; you are responsible for what is done with them.
  3. Credits and payments. Queries and API calls cost credits, bought through Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy. Unused credits are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we end the service.
  4. Fair use. Don’t try to get around quotas, limits or paid features (for example by creating many accounts), break or overload the service, or resell raw access without our written agreement.
  5. How you use the data. You are responsible for using the data lawfully, including privacy and anti-spam laws when you contact anyone. Don’t use it to harass, stalk or discriminate against anyone.
  6. Ending. You can stop at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
  7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, DataSocial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
  8. Changes. If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date. Using the service after that means you accept them.
