Every plan queries the same data. Plans differ in credits a month, queries at once and email reveal. Need more credits? Move up a plan: there are no top-ups.
What a month of credits buys
A query costs 2 credits + 10 per GB it reads + 100 per MB it returns, from the warehouse's own numbers. Errors are free, and the cost is on screen after every run. Each line below is the whole month spent on one thing.

Questions
What happens when my credits run out?
Queries, email reveals and live calls stop with “You're out of credits”. They start again when your plan renews, or at once when you upgrade: there are no top-ups, the answer is a bigger plan.
How does upgrading work?
It's immediate and your renewal date stays the same. You pay only the difference for the rest of the month, and you get the difference in credits for the rest of the month at once: (new plan's credits − old plan's credits) × days left ÷ days in the month. Starter → Pro with 12 of 30 days left: you pay ($199 − $49) × 12/30 = $60 and get (300,000 − 60,000) × 12/30 = 96,000 credits. You see both numbers before you confirm.
How does switching down work?
It happens at your next renewal. Until then you keep your plan and your credits; there is no refund for the rest of the month. At the renewal you pay the smaller plan's price and get its credits.
How do I cancel?
Choose Free. Like switching down, it takes effect at the renewal: you keep your plan until then, then get Free's 1,000 credits a month. Card and invoices are under Manage billing in the account menu.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. A plan's credits reset to its monthly amount at each renewal.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, monthly in US dollars. Card details never reach us.
